About Propeller Warehouse

Propeller Warehouse are a leading supplier of peak perfomance propellers for boating and water sport enthusiast for 30 years. Founder and boating propeller expert - Steve’s passion for boating performance led to his involvement in factory new digital mould making and robotic production facilities, which has been his focus for the past 5 years.

About the Project

The Propeller Warehouse website was designed to replace an outdated Shopify site that was no longer scalable and lacked integration with their back-office accounting and inventory systems. In collaboration with owner Steve Evans and as a joint venture project with Stuart Robinson from OPN 365 Pty Ltd, we integrated Zoho eCommerce, CRM, lead generation, and back-office systems to streamline operations and enhance overall business functionality.

The design was created with the Sunshine Coast lifestyle in mind, combining elements of water sports, fishing enthusiasts, and peak performance propellers to appeal to a broad audience of active individuals. The goal was to deliver a seamless and engaging online experience while providing a scalable, integrated solution that could support Propeller Warehouse’s continued growth.

A technically rich project, we collaborated closely with Steve and his team taking the opportunity of such a large migration to take the time to ensure all data brough across was cleaned and current. Stuart from OPN 365 also assisted the team in setting up a new stock inventory system, point of sale and accounting migration from MYOB to Zoho Accounting.

Search Engine Optimisation and redirects (no small feit with such a large migration) was undertaken by Patrick Jackson from KP Systems to ensure were able to ensure existing meta data was brought across and mapped correctly to the new product inventory.

Developed a visually engaging website design that reflects the Sunshine Coast lifestyle, incorporating imagery and colors that evoke a sense of adventure, water sports, and fishing.
Focused on creating a design that would resonate with active individuals and convey the brand's connection to fishing enthusiasts and peak performance propellers

Zoho eCommerce & CRM Integration

Replaced the old Shopify system with Zoho eCommerce to create a more scalable platform capable of handling greater traffic and sales volume.
Integrated Zoho CRM to streamline customer relationship management, enabling better lead generation and targeted marketing.
Worked with OPN 365 Pty Ltd to ensure seamless integration of back-office systems, including inventory management, accounting, and reporting.
